Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

She's always telling me what to do. I know that's her job but it's in the rudest way possible. My old least favourite used to do the same thing but he mellowed the fuck out after he went to a training facility. He's pretty cool now when I started he looked so dead inside but now he looks a lot happier so that's good. But anyway. My shift manager is super annoying. She's probably got no power in her own life. So everyone else was standing around and talking and being super friendly with her and talking about life, I try to engage and she just snaps at me and tells me to go back to my job like these people also aren't meant to be working. She's got her favorites and least favorites of us but I'm probably one of her least favourites. She hates talking to me. She's just really mean and always shouts at me. I do an okay job. She's just insufferable. On par with the old shift manager that the whole store hated. Not exaggerating. THE WHOLE STORE. She looked like the girl version of the dead inside manager I was speaking of earlier just never mellowed out and was mean. Like personal attacks to people. I don't like it when people boss me around. She's just worse because I know she gets off on her tiny power trip. You can tell she enjoys it very much. Yelling at me and telling me what to do and telling me off for doing nothing. Oh well. What did I expect from a job like this?

Yea some people are like that and you cant get around it. I wouldn't give her a big reaction if she upsets you because thats what she wants, it just gives her more power. But what you can do is be blunt and clear when she crosses the line. Like that time with your coworkers maybe you could have said loudly "Of course I'll get back to work, but I was trying to be friendly because it looked like we were all chatting. I really don't appreciate being yelled at." So everyone can hear. Or if shes bothering you "I am trying to focus on my work so please carry on." You could also try not responding to anything rude she says and only listen to neutral or positive things.
