I don't work at all due to my disability and trauma reasons. Literally all I do is bedrot and yet I am still forced to live on this damn planet. I hate that there is no easy way out.

That's too bad... How long have you been unemployed? Do you take medication or something like that? If you feel sick, it's still good to have a little exercise or something going on besides resting. Do you have hobbies?

My whole life I have been unemployed. Hobbies don't really help me much as I feel too stressed most of the time to enjoy them.

Just by sharing this with us here, you have "contributed something to society".

This is the kind of thing that makes other people here (self included) feel less alone and helps us feel a sense of community, connection, solidarity, belonging, empathy, understanding, etc., which is so important, especially in a place like this where there's so much suffering.

"Contribution" isn't always measured in dollars and cents.

Your presence means more than you think, and even the smallest interactions count for something.

People may blame themselves once they start to get older for the things they expect others to demand of them, but it's really not your fault that you were even born in the first place.
