Venting i cant stomach it anymore

i cant look at people the same ever again, it's like deep down everyone and every person in the world is against me, no matter the love and appreciation my overthinking bites me in the ass and i can't take it anymore, i've vomited at that fact for around a few times this month now, it's not doing me good, it's not only doing me pain mentally and emotionally but physically. It hurts me so bad i pushed myself to cut myself for the first time.

everything came crashing down at once, yes

their body language, the eay they talk, they feel uninterested, i feel like they hate me, like as if there's nothing in the world that would even have interest in me, in what i like aswell. It also doesn't help that these people are family and friends, and that's a huge kick in the balls.
