I'm in so much pain all over... My brain is on fire.

5 x 1000mg of vitamin C and
3 x 250 mg of magnesium

didn't calm me... I think my SI is screaming that I'm dying... But all I can do is cry & try to finish him off...

How do you sleep when traumatized & terrified? Thanks

Alcohol helps me last night I got so drunk I ended up sleeping in toilet

Magnesium. Magnesium was the featured nutrient in a study published in the Journal of Research of Medical Science, which found that adding a supplement in elderly participants improved the symptoms of insomnia and sleep quality. Nuts, beans, seeds, tofu, bananas and whole grains are all good sources of magnesium

Quetiapine. 25 or 50mg would be enough if you've never used it before. Take one before you go to bed and you will fall asleep in 15 to 20 minutes.

Sounds effective to knock ourselves out. But the head ache... I kinda wish I had vodka right now...

I don't think so... Maybe benadril? Maybe SI is hungry
