Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I tried the ligature strangulation method with a shoelace, but I couldn't fall unconscious. I only felt my head getting bigger and bigger with what felt like pumps.
I guess I blocked the outflow, but not the inflow (I don't remember the name of the veins).
How can I do it better? I used all the force I could without obstructing my breathing.

A side note. This left my neck skin red (I'm very pale). How can I revert it normal? This is visible and I'm gonna be asked what it is for sure.

Thanks in advanced

The marks will probably go away assuming you didn't cut yourself on the shoelace. maybe if there's bruising it could take some time but I don't think that would cause some permanent marking.

hanging is a very uncomfortable way to try and cut off blood flow and go unconscious. your trachea just gets in the way. I think it would be a challenge to cut off blood flow without impairing your breathing in some way.

I've had marks like that from a belt attempt. It went away after a day a shoelace is much smaller. Therefore, the marks may be a little worse, but they should go away after a couple days maximum in most cases.

Please make sure to read the Resource Thread on Hanging if you want to try that method :<
A shoelace is certainly not a good "rope" to use.

Go that little extra mile. Get a proper rope if you really find no way out.
Maybe also consider getting flualprazolam from DH to keep your head sane during the attempt.
It will not numb the pain, no, but it will make your SI disappear for a bit.
