idk why i am even here again not like i need any feedback i juet think i lost third person who i loved in the span of a year and its making me stop trying to live anymore i have sn right now with me and i think this is my last try of anything i cant do this anymore

That must be painful what you are going through, the reality is that there really does seem to be no relief from suffering as long as we exist and existing can always get much more unbearable than it already is. But at least you have the option of the method so you don't feel trapped here with no way to escape, you have the choice.
