Do you think rectal administration of SN has an increased rate of success? Sorry I just can't take any chances this time
Just take the classic route man. Rectal administration is painful if not done correctly. Try the trusted method that doesn't fail 99.999% of the time. I've only seen people survive after being administered the antidote. As long as you stay away from hospitals and methylene blue, you are a-ok.

I'm not sure if I can grab an immediate example but I've seen posts saying that they did SN. Nothing happened. They just woke up from being Unconscious and carried on with their day.
That is indeed a possibility with anything oxygen related. SN inhibits haemoglobin from binding to oxygen. Essentially, you blood cells cannot carry oxygen if SN is attached to them. SN attaches to blood cells like shit and flies, so expect to be unconscious for a long time assuming you don't CTB.

Don't worry, sn failure is not bad as paracetamol failure because you will completely recovery in 2-3 days and recovery is not painful
