i kind of have but its complicated, i hope you can find peace also
I feel more like a ghost.
Like life is going on around me but I'm just not part of it.
People laughing, playing, falling in love, even just enjoying TV shows.
I just feel like I'm in the background, unable to enjoy any of it. Like a ghost.

Clinically, no.
After losing my wife I just feel like life is going on around me and I can't feel any joy or motivation in participating alongside them.
