There's a guide that includes hypothermia if you're interested:
Translation from the German book "Selbstbestimmtes Sterben. Sanfter Tod bei klarem Geist" Victor Niculescu Hypothermia & Diphenhydramine(chloride) "The lethal dose of Diphenhydramine(chloride) is 50mg per kg body weight. also required: Zopiclon 20 tablets Bromazepam or Triazolam 30-50...

I have read it.Thank you so much
i can't try medications but its hypothermia part was insightful. It seems one can survive even 4 days, but i will do it inside sea. i can't survive if I will be drowned after losing consciousness.
This post reminded that I must combine hypothermia with drowning.
If I can, after I enter sea, i will try to stab my neck. Either too little bleeding or severing jugular veins / carotid artery. Both will work, because they will cause infections from dirty sea.
just in case body survives hypothermia and drowning, doing this will reduce body's power.
Especially if you cannot swim you will be exhausted quickly in 10°C water.
fortunately i can't swim. I will feel scared to go to deeper but i will go deep enough that water covers my legs. And then, if my fear reduces and i see that I am losing my consciousness or becoming dizzy , i will quickly run to deeper parts of sea. But for beginning, i will at least cover my whole legs with sea
Especially if you cannot swim you will be exhausted quickly in 10°C water.
Thank you so much for confirming my belief that it will work. one thing that stops me from ctb is that i overthink. I try to perfect my good enough method. no need. if it's lethal enough to kill me, i should stop improving it and just do it, at night, in wilderness.
before doing it, I will post and write clearly that I am going to ctb in a few moments, not just attempting, testing. and if I am failed, i will write an update, but hopefully i won't survive
honestly i feel a bit excited, i finally discovered after all this research a way to ctb.
