Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Im quiting vaping, im getting hard candies, fidgets just stuff to keep my hands and mouth busy. Im genuinely excited, im doing this for myself and my favorite person ever.

If you quit anything addictive (self harm, drugs, skin picking, eatingdisorders) please give me other advice or just tell me your recovery story

Nice, sounds good.

For some reason it was easy for me to quit consuming refined (added) sugar most days. At least in terms of the decision to quit and be pretty consistent about it.

I sometimes think of quitting alcohol, and have reduced my overall consumption a lot, but it hasn't happened properly yet. I did manage almost a month alcohol-free last year before stress pushed me over the edge one evening.

Internet-based addictions... had some success there thanks to things like posting on recovery forums, blockers etc. I'm not sure if these forums are the most efficient way to quit as there are many downsides to this approach, and it kind of depends on the company you'll find there to some extent.

Recently I've been drinking a bit too much and, more importantly, going back to some internet addictions, but I'm over it now, that recent slide. It was triggered by a specific phobia I have, which relates to a specific goal. I think if I give up on that goal entirely, I'll have much more control over addictions and myself in general. Unfortunately this goal is widely considered important, but it's possible to have a full life without it.
