Help How to make sure police/ ambulance won’t find me

My friend I live with knows that I want to die. We share a room and he works from home, so he's always there. If I go out and it looks suspicious he's definitely going to call the services to find me. This has happened before. The police located my phone and found the hotel I was in.

He knows I'm an escort and he's the only person that cares about me. So I've always had to tell him where I was and how long I would be with clients for safety reasons.

Obviously I need to lie about working to be able to be away at a hotel long enough to ctb. But I worry he's going to panic if he's not heard from me for hours.

Is there any way I can book a hotel that doesn't need real name or ID?

And a way to make sure the police can't track my phone?

I had wanted to go to Paris to ctb to make it more complicated for police and also cus obligatory Fuck the UK. But I'm worried about taking the Eurostar or ferry because they'll probably find the SN on me.

I just need 2-3 hours and I should be dead even if the police or paramedics find me. That's from checking in at hotel to completion.

Maybe you could just leave your phone behind at your house? I don't think there's a way to get a hotel room without ID unless you're checking into a really sketchy place which is always a possibility. Another idea is you could tell your friend that you have 2 clients in a row so it's less suspicious when you're out for long. @YourLocalSadGirly has given some good advice imo.

You can also buy some used phone or cheap burner phone and put the SIM card inside that and then take your good phone to document your experience.
