I tried it a couple times and definitely got very lightheaded, with no horrible choking sort of feeling. It was actually quite euphoric, I see why some people jack off while doing this. I had a little bit of survival instinct kick in, so it doesn't feel like the right time yet. But I just wanted to get to a point where if when the time comes, I know how to do it before I have time to overthink it and chicken out. Maybe tonight, after a few beers. But probably not.
