Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you have an OK rope tied in a slipknot lubricated and shit then you'd pass out since the blood choke would be at play along with the air choke, right?
Makes sense but I'm basically ignoring pain as a factor if it's only 10 seconds and it's not like changing the knot is going to have a super big effect. Rather go with the perhaps slightly more lethal but more painful option. Thanks for the link. Full suspension or jumping, decisions, decisions...

Probably neither, if it's just ten seconds any pain is fine with me if it means getting to die. Worried about SI making me pull myself up with the rope and abort the process, tho.

But that's what someone would attempt to do instinctively due to the pain, no? At least I believe I might. Guess getting shitfaced would remove that ability.
DO NOT try to hang yourself if you think you can hold yourself up and save yourself when you can't bear the pain of hanging. Once your lift yourself up in the air you will NOT be able to pull yourself up. It's IMPOSSIBLE to do so. People have done experiment and those who tried are lucky enough to be save by other while
Please don't try it because you will NEVER make it out alive unless someone is beside you. Do not hang yourself just because you want to see if you can save yourself
Okay so this is my plan from what I read in this thread: Gonna use snugglehitch knot to tie rope to my desk (has a gap at the top where I can). I tried using a curtain railing before but it broke. Or I am gonna use my wardrobe door hinge with books underneath the open door to counteract the downward pressure (because there is a gap between the bottom of my wardrobe door and the floor which I cover with books stacked to prevent the hinge or door breaking from pressure down).
I use slipknot to tie rope to my neck. Knot at back of my neck and front in the middle of my Adam's apple or below. Gonna push forward with a slight downward angle. Going to use position 3 in the picture because it was recommended and it is easier for me (legs straight out in front and back vertical). Will change knot position if it doesn't work. So I must get the feeling of unconsicousness within around 10-30 seconds or I try another knot place. Also I will apply enough pressure so I compress the Jugular and the Carotid and not just the jugular. I will go for pressure all at once instead of gradual as suggested by somebody else here.
I won't be scared because it is only 10 seconds. I won't use a necktie because it snapped before, I use a 10mm static climbing rope from Amazon. I also put a soft bandana around my neck to lessen pain from rope into my skin. To stop exploding head thing which happened to me before, I will apply enough pressure at once and make sure knot is in a good position (i use back of neck and front of rope in middle of Adam's apple or below).
I prefer position 3 because it is less scary for me than other positions and people said here that it is good. I make sure everybody is sleeping so nobody hears me. I put in my note that I don't want to be kept alive (if possible) incase something goes wrong so people know my wishes. I also put cushions and blanket around me to lessen sound of any movements. I move anything away from me that I might knock over. I will put my favorite anime or a youtube video on a tablet and put in front of me to distract me. I will hold my favorite toy so I get brave. I have pictures of fun memories that I had online with others on twitch/youtube/ etc... so I will be happy.
I am happy that I now have an option that I can try if my life gets worse. I just wish they made it easier and I think they will in the future societies. Thank you for everybody help.

update: parents found the rope and my note so not going through with it for now. maybe later but right now it's looking okay. feels like a weight got lifted from my shoulders. thanks to this forum for the help.
So with the help of this guide I've managed to find what I think is the best way for me to do this. Luckily I already had a pull-up mate hanging around, a great bit of kit if you want to do at-home bodyweight exercises, or apparently, hang yourself. It can take on a load of 110kg, so no worries about it not being stable enough. For a rope I bought something from a BDSM website, since they're designed for use on people they seem to be pretty comfortable. I gave it my first little attempt just to see if I could target the carotid artery and after moving the knot behind my neck and sort of sinking down vertically, it worked a treat. I tried it a couple times and definitely got very lightheaded, with no horrible choking sort of feeling. It was actually quite euphoric, I see why some people jack off while doing this. I had a little bit of survival instinct kick in, so it doesn't feel like the right time yet. But I just wanted to get to a point where if when the time comes, I know how to do it before I have time to overthink it and chicken out. Maybe tonight, after a few beers. But probably not.
Really considering this method but I keep doubting that I can tie the knots correctly and I need to find a place to do it. I need to get rope or whatever is strong enough to make the setup. if to use full suspension or partial, i would it like to work first go don't want to stay much longer. I will practice the knots and hope find a good strong anchor point I am not heavy 65Kg (140 pound). I don't know if to put the noose above or below my Adam's apple really need to read up on this method more. I have SN but I worry that the taste will make me vomit ver salty liquids make me gag big time unfortunately.

I'm about the same weight as you and above the Adam's apple worked for me. I had it straight under the chin, not over the neck at all really, right under the jaw line. The knot is easy as hell, I wouldn't worry too much, as long as you think it can hold your weight. I'm pretty sure I did a slipknot, but it might not even be that, either way it feels pretty strong, like it's not gonna break if I struggle in the last few seconds. As long as it feels strong and you can hang onto it with your body weight, I wouldn't worry.
Does anyone know if your breathing feels like it slowing down as your getting close to passing out? This happened to me earlier with partial, I think I may have found the sweet spot.. No pain either.
ive been messing around with the position of the rope and i finally got it right and holy shit. its such a good feeling. i can honestly see why some people are into autoerotic asphyxiation now
my vision starts going out right away, first it looks kind of like when you rub your eyes too hard or stand up too fast, then it starts fading to black and my arms and legs feel tingly but what really surprised me is i get this feeling of peace and warmth and euphoria. its amazing and after a few seconds i can barely feel the rope around my neck.
my biggest concern now is that i live in an apartment with thin walls and the place i plan to hang from (a bar in a closet) is right near the wall i share with a neighbor and im afraid theyll hear something (its a small closet so during the convulsions phase it might be noisy)
