does somebody know how to get meto? should i just ask my doctor? what excuse should i use?

i only read about a few people using propanolol, i have some at home that i use for anxiety, should i use it during the ctb day? if so when?

It was incredibly easy for me here in Germany.

I just told a doctor online that I have a genetic history of nausea and puking and that my parents used meto for that.
It was that easy to get it prescribed.

I used the DocMorris app for that
