im really desperate, im just surviving at this point. Been battling bpd and alcoholism and of couse depression and anxiety for years. I have no one, im completely alone, i isolated myself from everyone and im ready.

if you can get shotgun ammunition, you could make a pipe shotgun. Just need a hacksaw and drill. I would personnally make it multi barreled to be sure, or at least understand where to aim, and not be found for awhile.
