• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I tried all the z drugs first, like zoplicone and zolpidem worked for a few months but then you built tolerance so you start taking more and more. Before bed now I take 50mg to 100mg of quetiapine. It can give you some weird dreams in the beginning but then it fades away. It's hard to wake up in the morning so I have 2 alarm sets. And wake up a little before hand if I have work, cause in my case it takes more time for me to feel human again. 2 espressos usually do it.

I would like to ask the same question as I'm going on 3 days straight with no sleep at this point, I'm so tired and deteriorating further and further with this insomnia along with everything else, but I just cannot fucking sleep.

Did you go to a GP for the ambien?
Was it easy to get prescribed?

Trazadone. Works like a charm.
low-dose doxepin (3-6mg), amitriptyline (25-75mg), mirtazapine (15-45mg), olanzapine, eszopiclone, even paroxetine etc...
there are many options

*yes, some sleep meds give weight gain, increase your chances of dementia etc. you have to see if the risk:benefit ratio is favorable, to see if the benefits outweight the negatives...

also do a sleep study to check if you have breathing problems, like sleep apnea or others
