Help How to CTB?

How can you ctb and make it look like you didnt ctb and instead make it look like u died from natural case?

i don't want anyone knowing I ctb if I ever do it.

suicide is a really common form of death these days, i imagine trying to disguise what u did will make things even more difficult as if it wasnt already

That sounds like it would be very difficult to do, and anyway it isn't like it could matter to any of us what other people view our death as being as, as we simply won't be there at that point. Everybody has to die someday of something and eventually we likely won't even exist in the memories of those who continue to stay here.
