I hate the fact I'm having to ask this, but how should you choose to find a place to jump from? I don't want to harm anyone else in the process. What things do you have to consider?

If you were to jump, and I'm not suggesting you do per se, but if you don't want to hurt anyone else, try doing it at night so others won't see the trauma.

On cliffs you would have to be mindful of others walking at the bottom of them. My preferred place is Beachy Head, between the Red and White lighthouse and Belle Tout Lighthouse. My avatar roughly shows the place I will choose. Very few people walk down there and at high tide, there is no means to get back up the cliffs, so another point to consider.

I suppose it depends on whether you want to make the least impact on others. Off a road bridge could cause carnage for other people and would be very distressing for them. A bridge over water could be the better option.

Considering you're from Ireland. I would recommend the Cliffs of Moher. It is 600ft average and at it's highest 700ft. You only need 250ft for it to be 95% fatal. There is no barrier so you can jump at your own pace. There is a video for a visual.

I'm actually based in Yorkshire and need somewhere relatively easy to get to.

I have heard that is a good place and a wild and beautiful one too.

It is beautiful, I've been there before. Need somewhere nearer. Cliffs I imagine are better. Can't imagine having the strength to do it but after investigating other ways, seems like the most plausible.
