How specific should I be to find a partner to ctb ? I have a hard time trusting people , I'll disregard people if they say something that triggers me, on top of I have a hard time connecting with people and saying the "right" thing … I know online you can't trust folks , as untrusting as I am I believe I'm too much so at the same time

Idk, I don't know what to do. I'd love to have a partner but people have hurt me before.

Do you have experience with this ? Should I just leave it alone altogether because of my trust issues ?

It's risky taking a partner. You really don't know anyone. There are a lot of creeps in this world who can come off quite normal just to gain your trust. Even if you do happen to find someone who is legitimate and wanting to ctb (and not harm you or rob you), you never know if someone will back out at the last minute. Maybe you'll even back out at the last minute. If you happen to back out, and your partner actually goes through with it, you could find yourself in some real legal trouble, for assisting a suicide, depending on where you're from. I'm not saying it's impossible to find a partner for ctb, but you need to be careful. It's not s good idea to just trust someone after getting to know someone for a few weeks. Con artists are good at what they do. It's just something to think about.

It's not the backing out that worries me. It's the being raped and brutally murdered and tossed away like trash that worries me … but yeah very understandable… thank you . Someone already told me I should expect pretty much failure in finding a partner. I'm sure they're right honestly . Unfortunately

That's a damn good reason. That would worry me, too.

But, I was serious about the backing out part, especially on your part. SI might get really bad and you just won't be able to go through with it. You read the threads here, it happens all the time. You could be charged with some type of crime for assisting in your partner's ctb if they go through with it. Heck, their family may even have a cause of action against you civilly for lots of money. I wouldn't mind going with someone, either, but how this world is, and how a lot of its occupants are, it's a risk.

When it comes to me, knowing me. If I found someone and we agreed and I actually in my heart felt they weren't lying to me , I'd feel obligated to no matter what. The consequences on top of the trust placed in me. If anything with the SI, shit their determination would help me more (not that I don't , but from what you're saying/warning) but anyway
