Hi, all,

Female, 37. I've been a member for a long time but haven't posted in ages.

Last time I posted, I'd planned to ingest the SN I purchased. A...lot has happened since then. I spent some time in the psych hospital, lost my SN, purchased it again. Lost it again. The supplier was arrested (as I'm sure many of you know). No longer have access to it.

My lifelong eating disorder reached a critical point, and I spent a good chunk of 2025 in the hospital. I tried ketamine and TMS for my depression. Gained some weight. Felt a bit better.

Then, at the start of 2026, I got breast cancer. I genuinely didn't want to pursue treatment, but this caused a massive argument with my husband, and the threat of being kicked out of my house was enough to make me comply.

But I hate chemo. It's hell. I'm bald, my body is taking it poorly (likely because of the ED history, according to my oncologist), so my immune system is shot and I have to take white blood cell stimulating shots every week, which cause major bone pain. I feel subhuman.

The silver lining is that I have Lorazepam and Tramadol, which I know are relatively weak, but they're better than my previous options. For a woman with a BMI in the 19s, I'm wondering if a combination of these two and alcohol might be effective? My liver is already a tiny bit stressed from chemo, so I think that works in my favor, too.

I don't know, I guess I'm just looking for advice. I don't want to blow my chance. I've considered waiting until maybe I can get my BMI lower, too, if that might help.

I'm just so tired and ready to not be here. I've been ready for years.

Hi,

sorry to hear that 😞 My life is like hell too (physical and mental disabilities with constant pain). I'm thinking about euthanasia in Switzerland.

Unfortunately, overdose medication is not recommended (not reliable enough). I know a guy who tried with Tramadol and it didn't work. Then he jumped from his building and it worked. I hope he's at peace now.

Could you be eligible to euthanasia in your country ? When I read your very sad story, I'd say yes. I hope you'll find peace whatever happens. This forum is here for you. Don't hesitate 💖

I wish. I'm in the US and in a state where it's legal, but I don't know if I'd qualify, as my cancer is considered curable (I'm not stage 4). I'm a staunch advocate of assisted euthanasia for mental health and would immediately apply if I could. I appreciate your reply very much. 🖤

i wouldn't OD on tramadol, you're most likely to just have a seizure and not actually pass peacefully. if you're in the US there are ways to still get SN without going through someone secretly selling it, it's not listed as SN and is even still on amazon, if you're still interested in SN that most likely would be a better option, i dont have the link to the thread with hints but it's the brick and mortar store thread iirc. that thread has so many hints that i worry it's too obvious after figuring it out but my messages are open as well if you need any help

im so sorry you have to deal with cancer on top of everything, you don't deserve any of this pain 🫂

Tramadol is a no go. It's weak and slow acting. If anything, get your hands on some morphine. That should work in combination with a good sleeping pill - if you have enough.

I'm considering growing poppies for exactly this reason. Nature has all you need.

That's good to know, thank you. I will definitely look into that, because losing my SN was devastating to me.
