I don't exactly understand the units used in Stans Guide. If no metho available (working on that), how much olanzapine would be reasonable as antiemetic?
Also, we all agree that the doses of benzodiazepines suggested in the PPH 2022 are ridiculous. I may work on something with longer half-life, but if it was Xanax, how much would be suggested for a 85kg person with not much tolerance?
