you don't need a prescription, unlike n, phenobarb is widely available. it isn't as effective and there isn't the same track record. a few other drugs are recommended as well as outlined in the pph

I've been over a year on anti seizures medication and now I realized it is an actual known drug(?).Do people get high on those or is it just to commit suicde?
