One of my fear if I go CTB is to transfer suffer to my love ones. is exist a mean to avoir or decrease this horrible scenario ? how do you deal with that ?
I can't do CTB without thinking about these consequences
This is something I think about too. Ideally I'd frame my suicide as accidental, a car crash for example so that my family doesn't have to suffer with the extra distress that comes from suicide in particular. I'd also try to find a way to make it sort of obvious to my family that I have mental health issues so that my suicide isn't so sudden. Results may vary on that one though for obvious reasons-
