How important is fasting for SN?

I intend on ctbing with SN.
I wanted to know how important fasting is for SN.

This is important for me to know because it's possible that things might not go according the plan I have and I may make the decision of drinking SN spontaneously at any time.

If I drink SN, with second and third doses prepared, would I fail without fasting?

I understand ur situation. Some times I decide to drink SN instantly but because I don't fast and 48hrs regime I can't. And some times I fast but I'm not ready for ctb.
Fasting is important. That prevents vomiting and also helps to absorb SN.
I definitely suggest u fast

I think anti emetics are even more important than fasting
If you vomit, I doubt you'd be able to drink a second dose.
