I've found forums on the importance for fasting on SN, but wasn't sure if the same is true for N.

I plan on taking my N in a week. (πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸ₯³πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰) I have a couple meds I will need to take through the end. For one of them if I stop it (even if I titrate down) I will go through withdrawals and it's fucking awful. The second is a medication for for bladder issues and if I miss a single dose I'm in excruciating pain and unable to move. All of those will interfere with my ability to go through with my plan.

The problem is that if I take those meds without food, I will almost definitely throw up and at least get very nauseated, which will obviously interfere with my ability to drink the N and keep it down.

If I can't do the full fast, are there some foods that are better than others? Is the fast super important?

For reference, I'm 105lbs and have 2 containers of N from D

"I will almost definitely throw up and at least get very nauseated"....For this reason, the VAD associatons in Switzerland give you an antiemetic appr. 45-60 minutes before taking N. After taking the N they get only 1 small piece of chocolate or a cookie. I wouldn't eat anything maybe 5 hours before or just some bread but no big meal. Do you have a source for Meto or Domperidone ?

I do have metoclopramide and take it regularly due to my nausea. It helps a little, but there's a drug interaction between my bladder med and meto that makes it less effective. (though it's the most affective of antiemetics I've tried, and I've tried a lot)

Have you tried Domperidone or Diphenhydramine / Diphenhydramin (Diphenhydraminchlorid), available worldwide without a prescription.

With sufficient N, fasting is not considered necessary.

It is not a problem to take your medicine with some food.

Just avoid large, fatty meals at least 24 hours before drinking N.

Perhaps Metoclopramide with Ondansetron will help.
This is recommended in the United States for the DDMAPh method.

Pre-medications for nausea/vomiting:
Ondansetron 8mg, Metoclopramide 20mg (10mg tabs, #2)
