Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Basically, what I want to know is how do I ensure that the rope doesn't break under my weight and the knot doesn't get untied while I'm hanging.

I have a sturdy pullup bar to hang from, but the rope, despite being listed as being able to withstand 150kg of pressure/weight, that one I haven't tested yet and I'm a bit unsure, I have a fear it may tear when I'm hanging.

As well as a fear of knots untying... How do I make sure they won't come loose AT ALL?

I also ordered plastic handcuffs because I have a ladder I may grab onto, but I'm not sure how necessary they are. Thank you!
