Ngl, the more I researched sn, the more I realized it's too complicated of a method for me. I've seen peoples' kits, and I wondered if they were trying to ctb, or prep for a science experiment.

that's an old member from here, i can try to find the thread again, and watching the complete video i wouldnt say he genuinely suffered extremely in comparison to other SN vids on WPD. early on in the beginning of the video as he is standing, he stumbles, he is clearly feeling the benzos before any SN. he also hardly throws up, only a little before laying back and quickly going unconscious. when his breathing gets loud its agonal breathing from lack of oxygen to the brain, it's basically causing him to snore. that's not a sign of pain, that's a sign the SN is doing it's job and is actually being lethal. his plan was very thought out and had a good regimen; flowchart was near perfect

the people in the comments are all very anti suicide so im not suprised they said it looked like he was suffering when that was the most peaceful one i've seen and what i look forward to. best outcome i dont vomit at all, but if it's like his that's as perfect as i can get, a bit of vomiting doesnt always make something complete misery

Vomiting is almost guaranteed even with the perfect protocol. I'm also not sure where you got the idea that SN was painless. From the goodbye posts that I've read & WPD videos I've seen, that's not the impression I get. The PPH only gives it a 6 for peacefulness. That's why it's just my backup method in case my primary method fails.

I've seen the video and honestly it doesn't look too awful. Like yes there is vomiting but that's not too bad. Maybe I just haven't done my research but where does the pain come from exactly? If it's just stomach pain and the vomiting or headaches or something like that I could handle it but if it's like a feeling of drowning/a feeling of actively not being able to breathe then maybe I can't. If someone who had a bit more understanding than I do could clarify that would be great.

This is why I go with N2.
Passing out within a minute and after this I feel nothing more.
Seems like he is suffering, but nobody can say...
And this is a "perfect SN ctb"? Nope, thanks...

this is probably referring to my comment, i didn't mean it as a perfect SN ctb in general, i meant its the most perfect scenario for me has he had minimal vomiting, i have GI issues and get nauseous easily so vomiting only 2-3 times right before passing out sounds great compared to the videos of those without proper protocol and much MUCH more extreme outward reactions. didn't mean it as an overall 100% perfect example, definitely a better one but not perfect compared to other meds that people ctb faster with

No offense but some of you are easy talking. "this isn't peaceful", "no thanks not for me". Okay but that 's easy to say if you don't HAVE to ctb. If you HAVE to ctb, or feel like you HAVE to, there's only so many decent options. Many people can't do hanging, so that's out, and most of us don't have access to nembutal. All things taken into account, if you MUST ctb meaning it's your only option, then SN is objectively a good choice. It's relatively peaceful with extremely high fatality rate. Yes ofcourse if u don't HAVE to ctb it's more peaceful to write messages on the forum about how you will not do these methods, I understand that lol.

That would be nice. Peacefulness from SN.

This:

- The person with the flowchart in the second post was very well organized
- I saw a couple of videos like this where people were retching and thrashing. I don't know what was going on inside their heads. It could have been their bodies reacting when they were in fact peaceful. But to me it didn't look like painless, panic free method
- After being on this site for a little while I have concluded there is no method that is perfect, painless, free of risk, and free of panic. That discovery was disappointing and jarring to me. The anti-choice people make it difficult.
