How can you tell if a seller of SN is legit?

so i'm kicking myself i didn't order from IC when it was up, so i've been trying to find another place

i've seen that the ukrainian seller is a scam in regards to N but is he for SN?

also what european countries is it legal/easier to obtain? just so i can look at their shops :)

Unfortunately there is no way to guarantee a seller is legitimate, and if a seller has a track record for scamming they should definitely be avoided. After the removal of IC, I am not aware of any other reliable SN vendors in Europe.
