I work at a company with an extremely toxic culture. Officially I should be working for 8 hours , but I work 12 hours daily. Also the company has a policy of overtime on paper but that is never followed . I am looking to change company. I was wondering if there was anyway I could make money by selling company data? It is an AEC company? I just want to seek revenge for tall the toxicity and exploitation I have been subjected to.
