How can a nitrogen method go wrong?

My friend who doesn't have access to this site (Australian) wants to know what can go wrong with the nitrogen method? What are some common mistakes and consequences?

A proper inert gas setup is a 100% sure death, completely peaceful (black out in a few breaths), fast (death in a few minutes) and painless.

I haven't seen a single medical report of somebody surviving, unless they were rescued by another person IMMEDIATELY.

It can go wrong if your SI kicks in and you rip the mask or bag off. It can go wrong if you buy a mixed gas with O2 in it.

Can the cylinder explode? Will the welder store sell it to me or do I need to make up some lie? I am considering Nitrogen more than SN, as it is peaceful like I desire. But I am afraid that I blow my limbs out or I hurt my neighbors. And with my luck, still be alive to face charges..lol. How can I make it safe?

Just keep it in cool environments and also close the knob tight when not in use. They might ask you what you need it for.. I was asked some rhetorical questions at the shop because I only bought the small size but I said I will come back and upgrade if it runs out. Maybe you can try home delivery?
