I ordered the SN and it should be here in a few days. Figured it was fairly easy to get ahold of but since I live in Canada I had to go through a middleman to find a US seller that could deliver to my address.

So, I have some painkillers ready but have no idea how to get the sedatives Or anything to control the vomiting / nausea.
how do I get these??? I'm not sure what I should say to my doctor to convince them in writing a prescription for me.

Also, I'm around 130lbs, female, how much of SN should I take to hopefully black out before CBT?
