As someone who struggled with many many doctors over the years who didn't care to do the correct tests on me for over a decade. The best advice I can probably offer you is to try to start seeking medical treatment Inside a major city preferably a teaching hospital. I say this because average doctors really have very little incentive to properly diagnose. Hospitals that are actively involved in research however are very motivated to treat and solve conditions.

Nobody understands me either. I have to take SN. If it doesn't go right I'm going to shoot myself in the heart. I don't know how to help you. It's awful and although I don't have your situation mine is absolutely horrific. I haven't found a single person that can relate to it. You're not alone in the sense that you have something no one else does. I also have some thing no one else does.
