Method High explosive in the oral cavity

How 'peaceful' and quick would an explosion in the oral cavity be? I have a bit of NH4NO3 lying around, I could make ANFO with it. Alternatively, I could also synthesize Picric Acid (I have previous experience in doing so), and use it instead if making ANFO fails. Please share your thoughts and opinions. Take care :)

Afaik "Suicide bombers" (a kind of terrorist killing themselves with explosives never survived. Yeah if oyu don't mind a completely destroyed body / head and if the brain is completely blown away with the amount of explosives you have, then ig it's a very quick death, probably almost painless.

You could make it via electrolysis of potassium chloride solution.

Or you could make "ANTI", iodine crystals soaked in strong ammonia.. It's a high explosive anyone can make, which is harmless while moist but devastating when dry and any vibration will cause it to explode, thereby igniting the powder.
You'd just have to forget about the oral route obviously.

Did have some, but ended up using it just to calm myself down (pyromaniac activities lol). I could do KCl electrolysis, but I'm planning to CTB with intravenous KCl and I don't have enough money to buy anymore :(

I don't have have Iodine, I'd have to extract it from PVP-I but the last time I tried that the yield was so shit that I my shit would give me more iodine
