They actually do and they haunt me in dreams too. It doesn't matter if some don't believe in these things, but some people do.

Hey, I hope you are okay. I only say this because when I was manic/psychotic I believed I could telepathically communicate with and "channel" people but in reality... I was just really messed up. Idk, maybe it is possible for people to do this. I have no idea. I just hope you are alright and not experiencing some kind of episode. Best wishes

I'm sorry you're suffering and feeling oppressed like this ❤

I have never felt such things so I couldn't afford to say whether it exists or not, and even so, it doesn't matter because your suffering is legitimate and I will never judge you ❤

All that to say, on the other hand, it could be, as @almaranthine said, that you are caught in episodes of psychotic auditory hallucinations

I know you might think I'm wrong and maybe you're right

But very often, the "telepathic" voices, the auditory hallucinations, are in fact our own inner voice but which we no longer recognise as our own

And our own voices, perhaps because we hate ourselves, see ourselves in a pejorative way, will speak in the same way as we perceive ourselves...

The problem in all this is that you find yourself alone, not really understanding what is going on, as if you were going crazy, harassed, anxious, exhausted ❤

You're suffering a lot and I'll understand if what I'm describing to you sounds absurd

But when in doubt, talk to professionals to get treatment, maybe it won't work, but if it does, at least you'll be relieved
