Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

For N antiemetics what do you recommend? Ondasetrón y Metoclopramide?.Do you recommend that Ondasetron be an injectable solution?

There are no strict rules regarding the use of antiemetics. If someone rarely or never vomits, antiemetics may be unnecessary. But because vomiting can be a serious issue, the use of antiemetics is still recommended. (They are mandatory in assisted suicide with N in the Netherlands and Switzerland).

In the Netherlands, where there is the most experience with assisted suicide using N, metoclopramide is the first-choice antiemetic because it helps prevent nausea and speeds up stomach emptying.

I'm asking for the injectable solution because I plan to drink that because I can't get it in pills form
