Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I deleted the last post and took some more time to research, where I read the PPH book.
I gathered infomation and that is what I understood,I need to proceed the method and be successful (I live in germany btw, which is important because of the units) :

Nitrogen 2 Liter cylinder, 200 Bar, 400Liter
Pressure Reducer: DIN 477 , Gasflow cant exceed 180 Bar , which it does (200 Bar), so I have to let a bit of nitrogen escape (about 15/20 Liter per minute)
The optimal gasflow is 15Liter per minute
Oxygen detector (There should be less than 2% O2 in the cylinder)
I found a PE compression bag for clothes , which has very good material, that is robust, 50cm x 70cm

The things I am struggling with is the hose and the closure of the bag. Can I also use a cable tie , without crafting the Exit bag? And what kind of Hose do I need exactly? Is there anything I forgot or got wrong ?

Please let me know, I really want to do it all right and don´t fuck up

Thanks in advance!

For the hose, you should use standard 2-metre oxygen tubing with soft connectors at each end - such as used with home nebulisers) is suitable and readily available online or from pharmacies.

Do not use a cable tie for the closure. It is very important that you use an elastic collar, because the nitrogen gas will continue to flow when the bag is on your head, escaping harmlessly from around the neck elastic and taking any exhaled carbon dioxide with it. If you use a cable tie, it will either not create a good elastic seal (build up of carbon dioxide and panic response kicks in), or too much oxygen will come in = failed attempt. You will wake up after passing out. There are many accounts of failed attempts here as a result of not using the right collar.

I would also suggest that you consider a turkey roasting bag instead of the compression bag you have. The bag must measure ~35cm x50cm. Yours is too big.

The turkey roasting bag was advised to get is 48 x 59cms. What do you use and how do you construct the closure of bag? I can't find any videos anymore suggested here and reading about it is hard as cognitively impaired and not well. What do you buy to make closure of bag? Someone said roll it around a sweatband. Others say use an elastic with tape? How do you thread elastic through. The tank have is 20 cubic foot cylinder. Is that too small? Someone from final exit advised this. How do you also stick tube in bag? Was told two inch scotch tape. Does tube go in front or back? Please help.
