Help with an excuse to leave for a day

I live with my family and they know i don't really go out much and that i don't have any friends so i need something that i can say to them the day i'll leave so they don't get suspicious, is not an usual thing for me to just leave and then text them so i know they wouldn't believe that and might go and look after me so i need something else , any help?
I'm going with the CO method and i wanna get out of my house at like 3pm and get my things in order to do it at night.

ARe you employed? If I were you I would tell my family I'm doing the 3-10 shift.

some ideas, though they vary based on if your family would inquire further about the details or how uncharacteristic they may seem:

• something like an all-day con or event
• movie marathon, easily takes hours
• simply saying that you're trying to go out more, then go. could be more convincing if on a good day. for example, where i'm at, the weather has recently improved so it'd be believable to suddenly want to go out.
• if you're a student or seeking employment, something about going out to study or be productive.

I thought about that but the thing is that i dont know if they are just going to let me go on my own , they might insist on at least taking me to the place , but i could actually go to some of the places that you mentioned and then leave , is pretty stupid that i never thought of doing that. I just need to find something that would last the whole day , preferably.
