Help Helium with 20% oxygen?

Would helium with 20% oxygen still kill me or would it just take a longer time / take more helium for me to breathe in? I've read a few different things about it online. Some people say it wouldn't kill someone.

Does someone have a good source for helium with very little oxygen?

Normal oxygen in air is around 21%.
I'm no doctor but unless H stops the oxygen from being absorbed then you're getting enough oxygen & it won't work.
My guess is that the 02 is added so you can't CTB with that particular brand of H

I don't think it would work and in the past, helium in those tanks are closer to almost pure helium alone, but because the pro-life/anti-choice busybodies realized that, they started to add some oxygen into the mix with helium solely just to deter and frustrate those who would otherwise use helium to CTB.
