It's safe to order from dh, to stay safe from authorities, just order from vendors locally, there's alot of vendors in netherlands.

Based on his last post, he said he passed out after taking ketamine and something and didn't drink the drink, doesn't mean it failed. Maybe he can explain it himself when he is back online.
