Today is the day, after months of stalling my decision is final. I have my 5 page suicide note written to my family telling them how much I love them and I'll always be in their hearts.

Seriously, this site has provided me years of valuable research, emotional comfort, a place to vent and a place to be heard and understood. You don't know how much that means. This place ensured my decision was not impulsive or made with haste but instead measured, educated, and well planned.
