I hate to break up the silliness, but those traps are meant to catch a foot, not a head. A trapper would be pretty bummed to find the neck of his bear skin punctured by a trap with teeth. Traps are meant to hold an animal so that they cannot escape and find food. They are usually baited with scent rather than food to encourage the animal to approach it.
Traps for water mammals are made to hold the animal under water until they drown, again by holding a foot.
Placing your head in one of these would make you dumber than a muskrat.
