Having watched somebody OD on fentanyl

Summer of 2020, I watched somebody OD on fentanyl. Unbeknownst to me what they'd consumed, I left; only to go back the next day to find them dead in their home.

After having watched that, it really doesn't seem like that bad of a way to go. Chances are, they passed out and were dead within an hour or so of having consumed the product.

Why does this method not receive more attention?
Clearly, thousands of people across the world have enough access to it, that it makes the national news almost every night.
Yet most of the "legit drug dealers" I've met recently won't fuck with it, which equates to a supply issue in my mind.

Does anybody have any experience acquiring it/attempting with this method? I've bumped this as a tie to my number 1 method with visine, as how quickly death occurs afterwards and the fact that my chances of being found "in time" for a trip to the hospital are slim to none.

Anybody care to share any thoughts/suggestions?

It's hard to know what you're buying. And you have to order dodgy pills on the DN. It's total guesswork. Some people say 5 pills can do it, others say you need 200. Plus there's the risk of vomiting, so antiemetics are recommended. But if you do have high strength F, it sure is a damned nice way to go. I hope you don't throw away chances of recovery too though, life often gets better. Not always, not for everyone, but usually. If you've suffered a lot for a very long time then I completely understand

For the first point in my life, I've reached the point where I've actually suffered enough.
When I was a kid, I used to dream of a time when things would get better and I'd be able to write my own story- unfortunately other people in my life have stepped in and and felt the need to impose their own opinions on my life, in very real ways.
So as a result- yes. I'd say I've suffered enough with no real support from anybody in reaching my life-long goals (all of which have now been made impossible by a few people meddling where they had absolutely no right to.)

Only part of F i worry about is
1. Throwing up
2. It not being successful and getting an addiction to it

My friend overdosed on fent also. I have and it wasn't very scary I didn't have time to acknowledge what was happening which is why it is my method of choice. I have been keeping stock of any pill that didn't past the test along with fent my old doctor/boyfriend had

Opioids affect different people very differently. In addition, people who use them regularly build up a tolerance very quickly, such that a larger dose is required to achieve the same effect. This is very different to, say, N, where simple rules of thumb apply to everyone. Also, effects of opioids can be reversed using naloxone if found in time.

The synthetic opioid fentanyl is 100 times more potent than morphine, hence its potential use as an end-of-life pill. Carfentanil is a further 100 times stronger than fentanyl and is used to sedate large animals.

If it were available from a reliable source, I think this would be the ultimate gold standard for 'peaceful pills'. In particular, I assume a single pill of carfentanil would be a 100% comfortable, reliable and perhaps euphoric means of achieving death.
