• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

This pisses me off no end. Whenever someone takes their own life, suddenly everyone gave a shit. Like you didn't give a shit before. It was just annoying until they actually did it.

I sometimes worry about the people I'll leave behind, but no. I shouldn't worry. They deserve it. Except my kids idk what will happen to them.

In a sense, it actually does feel oddly objectifying when people do that? It's like how, when an artist dies, suddenly everyone wants the works they made while alive when they previously wouldn't have given a shit if the artist was alive. Scarcity creates demand or something, I guess, and somehow this applies to not only objects, but to people themselves.

Anyways, it's really stupid that this is the case for a lot of people. I hope you find the peace you're looking for

yea this is real. i actually want all the ppl messing with me to use my suicide to get some time off school or work. i think that's cute. so in some ways if they're benefitting off it idc if they act like they were my bestie.

but lowkey truthfully i want everyone to forget me immediately but ik that's not gonna happen. prolly take like a week. which is way too long

The worst has to happen before they appreciate what they have.

Some people tell you, you're making that up to get attention (failed suicide or announcing suicide), like "Look at me, I need attention but I actually don't want to die" and others suddenly turn a 180 degrees and show you your love just so they don't feel bad when you CTB.

You shouldn't feel bad. Everyone makes a successful suicide about their own mind and emotions. You will never see how they will react when you died by CTB. Don't feel bad. Hope you will find peace.

I have a feeling that it always works that way. People only care when it's too late. As mentioned, it feels kinda objectifying, but I think that in this case people are trying to hold on on something that left behind.

Yeah... I've gone months since talking with people that made a big deal out of my attempt in October. They say they don't want me to die, but they don't actually care how I'm living. They just want to be seen as "good people" so if I do die, they can ease their conscience. The stupid part is I'm clear that no one is to blame for me wanting to die but me... so no one needs to even feel performative guilty about it... they can't be bothered the rest of the time, but will bug the hell out of me and probably call for a welfare check if I said I was thinking about my next attempt.

just means they can appropriate the art without the pesky artist opinions getting in the way. Also those sort of art fans are ghouls wanting to live vicariously through suffering

That's the truth. Or rather they don't care how you're suffering. In my case a lot of them enjoy watching me suffer, they've made that claer enough. The longer you're around the more you realise people are scum. Wish it was different. Certainly makes it easier to ctb
