She had spent the last 11 years wrongly imprisoned at a psychiatric institution for criminals, so it's no surprise she didn't get preventative healthcare that might have found her heart issue earlier.
Her suffering in this life was long and drawn out, and the heart issue is not something you can actively induce in any reliable way.Upvote 0Similar threads
