so i kinda realised i have no way of getting sn, and if i do itll be in at least like 6 months which i really dont want to wait for

ive decided im just gonna hang myself, not sure whether it'll be fsh or partial

i would do it in my room, but i feel weird about my mum or sister finding me, but i also wish that a stranger didnt have to find me either

i wish i could just disappear forever, and everyone to forget about me

i always hated being perceived


edit: im abt to sneak out maybe my head is just so loud, its dark outside and im js gnna walk and listen to music or something

i dont want to think anymore i dont want a brain

I think maybe my words won't be of much help, especially since my head feels heavy.
A little at the moment. But I wanted to write something to you.

If you had help, would you try to get better? I know some moments seem to have no solution, but if you give it a little more time, maybe you can find another kind of help. But if you are really going to CTB, be careful. Take some time just for yourself before that. Regarding your family, it might be good to leave something written for them. It may seem meaningless, but I think it would be good to make the place where you plan to CTB smell very nice—maybe it will lessen the impact when they find you.

thanks! if im being honest, ive never really properly tried to get better

i had some minor therapy when i was like 12 but thats it
i know that even if i tried to get better, i wouldnt. that and i also just kinda dont want to, i dont know what a 'normal' life is, only a sick one

i have nothing left to lose
