hanging myself soon

im gonna hang myself, as the title says. i just wanted to know if there was any hidden maths behind it like rope width and length in order to do it as efficiently as possiible? i was thinking 26mm rope at 5 meters or longer. any help is really appreciated and i apologise if there is a thread on this already.

my rope is close to 5 meters and its way too long. thats bc i planned on doing partial since my closet isnt very big. its the only place i have though. im short so maybe i can figure out how to do full suspension hanging? im getting scared out of partial since everyones saying its unreliable unless u perfect it. with my luck and stupidity, who knows if i should take that risk.

no, i just plan on finding a place to do full suspension, tie it and put a cloth between the rope and my neck, and go lol

I also plan to ctb by full hanging soon. Are you afraid about it? I will try to become nearly unconscious while still staying on the ladder then I will step off the ladder and endure the rest pain
