Hanging by a thread

Omg, right now I'm in the worst shape of my life. I was going to decapitate myself with my car and a rope but in my anxiety filled moment I forgot the rope at home. I'm completely freaking out, I am just barely able to talk, my voice is weak from the severe depression, my lungs were damaged by inhaling dangerous dust a few years ago and the symptoms are getting much worse!
I'm reaching out, I'm freaking out and I am in a very dark spot right now

Hugs, I have permanent lung damage from the dust and I already had kidney, brain, muscle and nerve damage from a near death experience caused by medical malpractice. The lung damage is the final nail in the coffin, I am in such bad shape I've had three hours sleep since saturday

Thanks so much for the replies, I truly appreciate it so much! I made it through the night but it wasn't easy by a long shot. I could barely speak today and it was a harrowing experience, I've been hanging on just because my father is dying in a care home but otherwise I would be history. Thanks again for the outpouring of support especially since we all need it ourselves
