Here's a Halloween related suicide story I read some years ago. A woman hung herself from a bridge that went over a highway not long before Halloween. People though her body was a decoration. She hung there for several days.

I appreciate the concerns of the mobile number, but, if successful on Halloween, would be incredibly irrelevant.

That said, if you are unsuccessful, you might need to go get a new number.
