Practise beforehand, using a mirror to work out the angle of gun to get the trajectory of the bullet right ! Yes I agree we should not encourage anyone to ctb, but do you want to leave a person's questions unanswered and risk them getting very much physically/psychologically hurt in the process of an unsuccessful attempt? Or do you want ot support them with qualified answers and scientific information? There is less bone to get through, the bullet will hit your brainstem without any bone to dig through, you'll be switched off instantaneously.....just look at the pics to get angle right, and close your mouth around the gun barrell to prevent flinching !
