Help Got my will ready and I'm taking out life insurance. Will ctb a year after it commences. Decided on SN. How long before it expires?

In my country SN is still unrestricted and can be easily obtained without scrutiny for the time being. I want to wait at least a year since that's how long it takes before the company will pay out. I want my parents taken care of once it's done. Hoping to get the SN before laws change in my country since this method is starting to receive media attention. Few questions:

1) How long should I take AEs before ingesting the SN?
2) I weigh 190lb and am 5'10". Will 25gm in 50ml do the trick or is a higher dose recommended
3) Will SN lose its potency if I wait a year after buying it?
4) There are two types in the website I'm planning to buy from - analytical reagent and laboratory reagent. Does this make an actual difference depending on which one I buy? The labels aren't clearly displayed on the site.

I know these might be stupid questions and I'm sorry for bothering you but any help would be appreciated.

3 years I believe but don't take my word for it. Just make sure it stays sealed. Best to buy an aquarium Test to check the purity of it
