Initial plan was swb with air duster but just practiced with my backup night night. Never felt so peaceful before I released it. I think that's how I'm going now.

It's horrible to me how it's so unnecessarily difficult to cease existing on our own terms, it must be so dreadful what you've been through, I hate how we cannot have the option to just easily cease existing in peace.
Am sorry, you must be feeling awful, you may need to go to the er, I am not sure but I have read here something called dry drowning or something, If you had breathed water into your lungs it could hours letter drown you and kill you.
